Personalised Pieces

Each personalised piece is thoughtfully created to reflect your unique details, and for this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Semi-custom wedding invitations, personalised stationery, bespoke art prints, and digital designs.

We kindly encourage you to review all proofs and previews carefully as part of the design process. As each piece is produced to your approved specifications, reprints following sign-off are subject to an additional fee.

Non-Personalised Items

We truly hope you love your piece. However, if something isn’t quite as expected, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, simply email hello@hannahblakeart.com with the subject line ‘Web Return’, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For a refund to be processed, items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Refunds cannot be issued where:

  • The item has been used
  • The item is returned damaged or incomplete
  • The return is initiated after 14 days from delivery
